Itinerary
Arrival in the late afternoon at Montecatini Terme, renowned spa. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Florence. The whole day will be dedicated to the discovery of this city, a true open-air museum full of architectural masterpieces and works of art unique in the world. Guided tour of the beautiful historic center: Piazza della Signoria, for centuries at the center of political life in Florence, the Ponte Vecchio and its famous goldsmiths’ shops; the magnificent Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore with the famous dome of Brunelleschi, the Baptistery with the beautiful Porta del Paradiso by Ghiberti and the Giotto’s Bell Tower, from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the city; the gothic church of Santa Croce (entrance not included) which houses the tombs of many famous Florentine and famous Tuscan artists such as Michelangelo, Galileo and Machiavelli. Typical lunch. Free time for shopping and discovering this unforgettable city in total autonomy. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast in hotel, departure for Pisa, the city of Galileo Galilei, known all over the world for its “leaning tower”. Pisa has preserved intact the charm of medieval city thanks to the beauty and uniqueness of its monuments. In the company of a local guide, we will discover the beauty of the famous Piazza dei Miracoli – declared world heritage by UNESCO: the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, absolute masterpiece of the Pisan Romanesque style, the Baptistery, the Bell Tower, the exterior of the famous “Leaning tower”. Lunch in Pisa and continue to Carrara, home of the fine white marble from which some of the most beautiful and famous works in the world took shape. A local guide will take us to the historic center of the city and the famous quarries that have made the city famous all over the world. Stop in a “larder” for the tasting of «lardo di Colonnata», delicious Tuscan salami made with pure pork fat that reminds much of bacon. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for San Gimignano one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, known as the ‘City of 72 towers’, here you will find culture, excellent food and good wine, you will find yourself in a splendid postcard, thanks to its position among the gentle hills of Val d’Elsa, its timeless beauty and its sky dotted by its characteristic medieval towers. Stop at a farm, wine tasting and typical lunch. In the afternoon, continue towards Siena, a beautiful city lying gently on the slopes of its hills whose green tones blend harmoniously with the ochre «terra di Siena». A local guide will take us, in a maze of alleys and streets, to Piazza del Campo, one of the largest medieval squares in Europe, heart of the city and annual setting of the Palio race. We will also visit the Cathedral with its beautiful mosaic floor (entrance included). Return in the late afternoon to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning we reach Lucca, a medieval city of unique beauty that will offer us the opportunity to take a journey through time between history and art. We will visit the heart of its historic center and the Renaissance walls, still intact and transformed into a long tree-lined avenue: the Cathedral of San Martino (entrance included), beautiful monument in Romanesque-Gothic style, Piazza San Michele, the heart of the city’s historical center, Piazza Napoleone with the Palazzo Ducale; the Guinigi Tower built in the fourteenth century by the powerful Guinigi family, made unique by the tree-lined garden that is located right on its top… these are just some of the treasures we will discover during our guided tour of the city… Tasting of local products and lunch at a local farm. Return to Montecatini Terme. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to discover the hills of Chianti, a succession of beautiful landscapes characterized by dense vineyards that extend as far as the eye can see, woods of chestnuts and oaks, picturesque medieval villages, Famous for producing one of the most famous red wines in the world: Chianti… Stop in the small medieval village of Greve in Chianti, with its ancient and particular triangular square, bordered by porticoes and loggias, then to Gaiole in Chianti, a village surrounded by olive groves and vineyards but also by towers, castles, visit of a castle for wine tasting «Chianti» followed by a typical lunch. Continuation of our itinerary with the visit to Radda in Chianti, known as the village of the vineyards and Castellina in Chianti, a village that boasts a long history in the production of wine and oil. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Our services start at the airport in Italy where you will land coming from your country. At the Arrivals Terminal you will meet our tour guide who will follow the group throughout the Tour and board a Gran Turismo coach with your fellow travellers.
Each of our tours is designed to offer a balanced combination between guided tours with our guides or local guides and moments of absolute freedom to spend time in autonomy, Whether you want to relax or go shopping, it’s up to you. For any advice on what to do you can always ask our guide.
Our trips are not age-based or age-restricted. The only caution is for the little ones, whose minimum age recommended to participate from 12 years old in relation to the fact that the tour includes walking, bus travel and museum entrances.
If you have allergies and/or intolerances to particular types of food, it is absolutely necessary to report this after booking, indicating your details and your reservation number.
